Château la Carrière has its own gym, including a treadmill, cross trainer, spinning bike, a full weight set (1-15kg), a work-out bench as well as smaller equipment.

 The gym has air con and a music system to which you connect via Bluetooth.

The gym also has a Hydropool hot tub for 6 people, which helps to relieve tension, relax sore muscles and induce deep sleep. There is also a shower and a changing room. Towels will be provided.
