Château la Carrière has its own gym, including a treadmill, cross trainer, spinning bike, a full weight set (1-15kg), a work-out bench as well as smaller equipment, such as a medicine ball, a Swiss ball and Bodylastics resistance bands. The gym has air conditioning and a music system, to which you connect via Bluetooth.

The gym also has a luxurious Hydropool hot tub for 6 people, which helps to relieve tension, relax sore muscles and induce deep sleep. There is also a shower and a changing room. Towels will be provided.
